=== Molecular sieve === Molecular sieve is a material containing tiny pores of a precise and uniform size that is used as an absorbent for gases and liquids. They are metal alumino silicates which have a crystalline structure consisting of an assembly of tetrahedral. The tetrahedral are made up of 4 oxygen atoms which occupy the summits surrounding either 1 silicon atom or an aluminium atom placed in the center. Compensating cations (sodium, potassium) make the hole electrically neutral. The hole forms an assembly of small cells (or pores) of uniform and known size, in which a molecule of smaller size can be trapped by the phenomenon known as absorption. To ensure the dehydration of the fresh natural flowers the mixture of organic solvents is poured onto the hole until the level exceeds the level of the flowers by about 2 cm (0.79 in). The water molecules are progressively absorbed into the small cells or pores of the molecular sieve. The receptacle is closed hermetically for a few days. Once dried, the flower reabsorbs a little moisture of atmospheric origin, and this increases its suppleness and its plasticity. As molecular sieve relates to the long-term preservation and treatment of cut flowers for long duration, (i.e., continually maintaining their decorative properties), Vermont Flowers has been using this method of preserving flowers instead of the traditional silica gel more than 20 years ago. Some media reports have documented that Chinese sailors and expatriates have been buying local dairy produce in Australia to send back to relatives in China. It had been estimated in 2018 that up to 80% to 90% of infant formula purchased in Australia was destined for China. Following widespread complaints and appeals by exasperated Australian parents unable to find formula for their children, Coles supermarkets resorted to locking baby formula tins away behind the Service Counter, like tobacco products, in order to regulate their sale. The two major supermarkets, Coles and Woolworths, placed a two item limit on baby formula purchases to curb the growing practice of bulk purchasing by predominantly Chinese customers known as daigou, or "personal shoppers".
== Personal life == Helton came up as a major fan of Chicago Cubs' first baseman Mark Grace, himself a left-handed first baseman who was both a highly successful hitter and also excelled with the glove. Grace was nearing retirment as a player when Helton reached the major leagues. Helton took jersey number 17 as a tribute to Grace, and wore that uniform number for the rest of his career. Helton, his wife, and their two daughters reside in Knoxville, Tennessee. They previously lived in Brighton, Colorado, but sold their house in 2018. Helton and his family are good friends with Helton's former Tennessee Volunteers football teammate, Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning. In 2013, Helton was arrested in Colorado for driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol. He was fined $400, received a year of probation, and was ordered to perform 24 hours of community service. In 2019, Helton was cited for another DUI after crashing his car in Tennessee. He subsequently entered a treatment program. He was sentenced to two days in jail in 2020 after pleading guilty to the DUI.
